...I was bored. ^^; I don't hate Navi as much as a lot of people out there do, but I had fun doing this. What happens is: Link lets Navi do the Z button target lock on a gold skulltula (actually, I don't think you can target lock on gold skulltulas in Ocarina of Time...), but he misses and his hookshot ends up killing Navi.
