I <3 pastels. It's much easier than CG to blend the colors and get the result I want with them. The major drawback is, the pastels NEVER STAY ON! The pastel dust comes off like mad, deteriorating the art over time. Maybe it's the paper I use.
Oh, and getting my fingers all smeared and dirty isn't nice, either. I'm too lazy to clean... XD
