I wanted to try using lots of pastel cyan because I'd hardly used that color before. I think I managed it okay! Next on the color-to-tackle list is brown.
I should mention that the string-looking things are actually tiny pearl beads, although you can't tell at all at this size. Drawing them bead by bead literally pained my hand, but it was just physical labor -- nothing that qualifies as artistically challenging. ^^
Hmmm. Might make this dryad thing into a series! Kinda like how some artists have angel series or mermaid series ... Oog, the dryad and that one feather have no reflections. Maybe dryads have no reflections, I dunno!
