Not as magical and captivating as I hoped, but... ah well. I guess it looks okay. I hadn't CGed for almost three months, so I got very rusty. I like the multi-coloredness of her hair, though. ^o^
Can anyone tell what's going on here? XD; Basically, her wings are sprouting out, pushing back her shirt into the air. The blue magic seal is floating several inches off the surface of water. I had a hard time trying to make the scene work as a 2-D picture.
